New water tank

I was so happy with my new water tank. The one I had previous had broken via the outlet and couldn't be fixed. I got on the website through Google and bought a new one which fitted my machine perfectly I love the tineco it's been brilliant to clean my floors having two big dogs it keeps everywhere spotless

Likes: Knew it was an original part not a fake and it was cheaper than the other websites, much much much cheaper
Improvements: Put a complete list of models that the parts are compatible with, there was no mention of this cwt being compatible with my model, I just took a chance that it would be the same and luckily it worked out right, but other people may not want to do the same if their model is not included in the list that parts are compatible with, hope this makes sense
I floor clean water tank

Amazing service, clean water tank broke tho but inside came off, making it unusable as a floor washer, found the right one here but it didn’t have my model against it, it looked exactly the same just in black not white, took a chance and ordered it came very well packaged and really quick and it fits and works perfectly on my ifloor3, only negative I would say is they need to have a list of compatible models next to the spare part, as I very nearly spent and ridiculously high £60 for one off Amazon that you couldn’t work out if the bit in the middle was included, so glad I took the chance as direct from tineco it was only £16
Thank you tineco once again you come to the rescue Would definitely recommend you buy any spares you need from tineco, and not eBay or Amazon etc etc as the tineco parts are better quality and usually cheaper than the other websites selling fake parts
