Likes: From selection, delivery, ease of use/instructions and the results this has been my best wet dry vacuum ever.
Improvements: I struggled to compare the models on the website - this layout could be made easier I think. However the chat agent I spoke to did that for me.
The Best Wet Vacuum I’ve Ever Had!

Firstly I’d like to mention before buying the vacuum I spoke to a chat agent on the website (I was struggling to make a decision and I didn’t find the website very helpful for comparing models). The chat agent was really helpful and I felt like they quickly understood my needs/budget, I would have loved the top model but needed something more in budget. With their explanation and advice I picked the Stretch S6. It arrived really quickly and from the moment I unpacked it, it’s been a dream. I actually enjoy cleaning my floor with this machine lol. I’ve had karcher, shark and bissell and in my opinion none are comparable to this one. The floor cleans much better, less water used - much much less effort. The sealant round the edges of my tiled floor are spotless (previously they would need cleaning separately). The Tineco just glides around effortlessly and doesn’t miss anywhere! The instructions, ease of use 10/10. And the self clean - wow! I dreaded cleaning my last wet vacuum the bissell at the end of using it…
I could go on…but in summary this is amazing!
