I absolutely love this floor cleaner. I purchased it as a replacement for my Karcher floor cleaner which failed after 12 months. The Tineco is so much better and cost less too. Edge cleaning is a game changer combined with the fact that the machine cleans itself is such a time saver. I have only had it for just over a week but if this machine is as reliable as its performance I will never go back to karcher

Very good machine. Clean water tank could be a bit larger. I cannot find English accent but understand the American accent. Self cleaning for the rollers. All good. Happy to have it in my house.

We had our doubt due to the cost of the unit, but having used it, we think it was definitely worth spending the extra to get a high quality floor washer. Definitely recommend it.

Bought the floor One S5 for our laminate floors and it is fantastic. No need to sweep the floor before cleaning and the floor is almost dry once cleaned. After a few cleans the floor looks amazing. There is no issue with battery life as we can clean our floors at least 3 times without charging. Water and waste tanks are easy to fill/empty so no issues there. Overall a great product that has revolutionised our floor cleaning.

I deliberated for ages about buying this floor cleaner and wish I had bought it sooner .
I have 3 dogs and with this horrendous bad weather mud gets walked all over my stone floors . I am super impressed with how easy and efficient the cleaner copes with it. I can clean all my floors super quick and I love the way the machine cleans itself !

We have "rough textured" kitchen floor tiles that I have cleaned using either bucket, cloth or floor wipes. I have over the past years tried different mops etc. Nothing has cleaned the floor to my standard. We have 4 dogs so you can imagine that it needs cleaned often. Even after I'd cleaned it twice over I would use a wipe to see how clean it was & there would still be dirt on it.
Following hip replacement surgery at the end of 2025 I decided that I would not be back on my hands & knees again to clean the floor. This is when I started reviewing different mops & floor cleaners. I decided on the tineco due to the positive reviews but was still sceptical due to the type of tiles we have. Smooth tiles do usually clean a lot easier.
Well, I can say what a game changer!!! No more crawling on my hands & knees. It is really amazing & cleans it so well. The first time I used it I after i finished i did the test where I wiped a section with a floor wipe. It was spotless. I can't recommend it enough. Yes you have to empty the dirty water & wipe it down when finished but so worth it. The self cleaning function is brilliant. Overall simple to use. I hope it lasts for years to come

This floor cleaner does exactly what I wanted, 7 dogs indoors, deals with all the mess, cleans itself and so nice to use.

I out off buying this for over a year , but wow I’m so pleased I finally bought it . Tired of the hassle to fill mop bucket and wash the floors . This does the job within minutes , just fill it up and go !! Bonus is it’s self cleaning !!Highly recommend .

Very handy, easy to use device to clean the hard floors in the house. I have 3 bed house and it’s all done under one hour and I don’t need to hoover first and then mop. Absolutely brilliant for me

Doeant fir under my furniture but not a big problem. The cleaning and washing capabilities of this machine is amazing..has made cleaning a pleasure
