Really enjoy using this cleaner. So much better than a mop. Dries faster too.
Can’t connect it to the internet but it doesn’t not seem to be an issue .

This little ma home is the absolute bomb, I have lived in my house for 2 years and struggled to get the ceramic tiles streak free the first time I used it I was absolutely disgusted with my floors I could even see where I had used the new machine all squeaky clean and back to being streak free it has started to bring the grout back it the lovely light grey from dark and dirty looking, I suffer with my hands with arthritis and this machine is so easy to use light and easy to refill and the self clean mode just tops it off if I had to jab a negative it would be the battery life 30 mins isn’t quite long enough but honestly it’s a game changer

This product is fantastic! I purchased to use on my ceramic tiled floor, it was so good I've purchased another for my business.
Simple to use, no dirty pads to wash, I previously had a steamer, self cleaning mode is fantastic, it doesn't soak you're floors either.Wouldn't be without it now.

Easy to set up and use

Bought a 5 Smart wet/dry machine . Brilliant !
I now enjoy cleaning the floor . So easy, so clean and a lot less work . Stop working so hard and treat yourself to one of these .

If you have hard flooring and dogs this machine is amazing, no more vacuuming the floor and digging out the steam mop plugging in, filling up, dragging a dirty pad across the whole floor then washing the pad. Simply fill the tank, clean the floor, which is fresh clean water for the whole clean, then put it on the stand let it clean it's self and then empty and rinse the dirty water tank, all done. Definitely a good purchase, and highly recommended.

Finally, a solution for pet owners! I used to have to vacuum and then mop separately with my Dyson/Shark. The Tineco does both at once and is incredibly effective at separating hair from the dirty water. Even with a Lab that sheds constantly, this machine keeps my hardwood floors spotless. The roller self-cleaning could be better, but it's a small price to pay for the efficiency. Highly recommend!
