If your product is still in the warranty period and covered by the warranty policy, we will provide you with a prepaid label, and please send back your failed parts using the label, as well as informing us of the tracking No. Once we receive your returned item, a factory refurbished model of equal value will be sent to you. If your product has gone beyond of the warranty period unfortunately, you could still buy a new part on our website to replace the failed one.
