I have received product and used with ease each time - cleaning is great!

Needed something other than mops that are such poor quality nowadays and to make life a little easier. I was sceptical as to how well it would clean large farmhouse kitchen with a spaniel - it’s excellent. It really does clean well. I do often vacuum first, but not always as does pick up the debris. Just doesn’t put so much wear on the vacuum parts. Very pleased!

Tineco FLOOR ONE S9 Master Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner

Replaced a Vax hard floor cleaner with this. So far it has exceeded expectations in all regards. Battery life is very good. Cleaning hard floors has never been this easy. The Tineco is very manoeuvrable providing edge cleaning on one side only (I’d have preferred both). The self clean function is a real winner too. Long may it continue to perform this well

The vacuum mop is wonderful, working well, the battery last long, the self cleaning process is a bit noisy but I located the base in the downstairs bathroom and shut the door so it's not too much noisy. Overall we have a great experience, even my husband is mopping the kitchen floors which I have never seen in our 15 years of marriage 🤣. The automated voice is not pleasant and too loud but I guess we will have to deal with it. No problems so far 5*
