Terrible customer service

Bought some rollers in March and they were wrong ones, tried returning but no paperwork in box and despite numerous emails nothing was fine. Had to re order again a few weeks later as my machine is out of action and it’s now the beginning of June and I am still waiting. Sent numerous emails and mostly they say that they are on their way but don’t recieve anything. Now I am going to have to raise a dispute with my credit card and have the hassle of this plus still can’t use my machine
